Ingredients:
- ⚫ 2lbs 85/15 grass-fed ground beef
- ⚫ 2 eggs
- ⚫ 1/2 cup rolled oats
- ⚫ 1 Ranch seasoning packet*
- ⚫ Olive oil
Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 400°F. Generously coat a 9×5-inch loaf pan with olive oil.
2️⃣ In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well until evenly incorporated.
3️⃣ Press the meat mixture firmly into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it out evenly.
4️⃣ Bake for 40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
5️⃣ Let rest for a few minutes, then slice into 8 servings.
6️⃣ Serve with your favorite vegetable sides and enjoy!

- ⚫ I like to use Primal Palate Garden Ranch Seasoning Mix for convenience. If you choose a packet seasoning, be sure it’s free from artificial ingredients. You can also make your own ranch-style seasoning using a mix of onion, garlic, salt, dill weed, parsley, chives, and black pepper.
