Ingredients:
- ⚫ 1/3 cup of grain free granola*
- ⚫ 1/3 banana, diced
- ⚫ 2 eggs
- ⚫ Cinnamon
- ⚫ Sea salt
Directions:
1️⃣ Heat a small skillet over medium heat.
2️⃣ Once warm, lightly coat the pan with olive oil. Add the grain-free granola and diced banana, stirring for 1–2 minutes until lightly warmed and fragrant.
3️⃣ Add the eggs to the pan and gently scramble, stirring continuously until the eggs are fully cooked and everything is well combined.
4️⃣ Transfer to a bowl and finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a pinch of sea salt. Enjoy warm!

- ⚫ I use Thrive Market grain-free granola. When choosing a grain-free granola, look for one with minimal added sugar and no artificial sweeteners. If you can’t find a premade option, you can easily make your own using a mix of your favorite nuts, seeds, and warming spices.
