In my 20s, I lived life at full throttle. I owned a fitness studio, competed in natural bodybuilding, ran a meal prep company, and managed one of the top-performing gym franchises in the country. On the surface, I looked like the picture of health. But behind the scenes, my body was quietly unraveling…

What began as fatigue and gut issues spiraled into something far more complex. Over the past decade, I’ve navigated CIRS/mold illness, chronic Lyme disease, POTS, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, SIBO, and immune dysfunction. These weren’t just diagnoses—they were life-altering, invisible battles that left me physically debilitated and emotionally drained.

And yet, I never stopped searching for answers…

While my career in fitness paused, my education never did. I immersed myself in research, case studies, clinical webinars, and healing protocols. I eventually became a Board Certified Integrative & Functional Nutrition Practitioner, because I refused to let my future be dictated by my symptoms—or let anyone else suffer the way I did for nearly a decade.

Now, I help others like me reclaim their health, their hope, and their life.
