Balance App, LLC offers access to workouts, nutritional advice, recipes and access to video content.

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”, “user”, “member”) and Balance App, LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Balance App as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “App”). To become a member of the App, you must complete the customer registration process, you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. You indicate your consent to be bound by this agreement and the Terms of Use by completing the registration process. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Use, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms of Use, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Use to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms of Use by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms of Use are posted.

Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify or the contents of the App at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our App. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the App without notice at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the App.

We cannot guarantee the App will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the App, resulting in interruptions, delays or errors. We reserve the right to change, revise, update suspend, discontinue or otherwise modify the App at any time or for any reason without notice to you. You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the App during any downtime or discontinuance of the App. Nothing in these Terms of Use will be construed to obligate us to maintain and support the Site or to supply any corrections, updates or releases in connection therewith.

Restrictions on Use

Balance App, LLC presents the information found on this app for your convenience. Reproduction, distribution, or re-publication of any information, materials, documents, software, products, or services, by any means, without the prior written consent of Balance App, LLC is strictly prohibited. Nothing on the app shall be interpreted as granting any license of the Site’s intellectual property rights. All rights not expressly granted in this notice are reserved.

Privacy Policy

Balance App, LLC will not sell or redistribute the user’s personal information to any external third party.

Membership Cancellation

Until the user cancels the membership, the user will be billed accordingly depending on the time of the purchase when the membership began. Automatically renewing monthly memberships are non-refundable. Should the user cancel, the membership will expire thirty (30) days from the date of the last payment. Prior payments to the cancellation will also not be refunded.

Account Sharing

Balance App, LLC reserves the right to suspend or completely cancel your membership if a user is sharing his/her username and password. Sharing this information is prohibited and will not be tolerated.
